A nurse assistant is someone who has a BT degree in nursing care or its equivalent issued by the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education and has obtained permission to practice their profession as a nurse assistant, from the Ministry of Public Health and is qualified with all the aptitudes stipulated in the corresponding regulatory decrees.

A nurse technician will provide patient care under the supervision of a doctor and in coordination with other nurses and the entire health team.
